Story
Hi There!
We've decided to make a difference by participating in Stadium Stomp 2019 in Adelaide this winter. We are going to climb thousands of stairs to help raise funds for a charity that we are extremely passionate about - The Defence Bank Foundation.
All donations to the Foundation are used to run the Defence Community Dog program which trains rescued dogs to become Assistance Dogs to support Defence Force veterans suffering from Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD).

It costs $7,500 to train each dog. We are aiming to raise enough to train at least one more dog by participating in Stadium Stomp.

Defence Bank Foundation (The trustee for the)
The Defence Bank Foundation is a charity established to raise funds to help injured, wounded and disadvantaged current and ex-serving Army, Navy and Air Force members and their families. All funds raised by The Foundation and used to run the Defence Community Dogs program.
Defence Community Dogs rescues abandoned dogs and extensively trains them to Assistance Dog level to support serving and ex-serving ADF personnel suffering from injuries and illnesses (including PTSD). The dogs are trained by the inmates at Correctional Centres in NSW and Qld under the guidance of professional dog trainers. Once fully trained, the dogs are given to veterans i need. This program rescues Dogs, rehabilitates inmates and saves veterans.
